Reads name ID 13 (licence description), 14 (licence URL), 0 (copyright), 7 (trademark), 8/9 (foundry/designer) and the OS/2 embedding flags. The file's metadata describes the licence it shipped with; it doesn't prove which licence you hold. WOFF2 files aren't supported yet.
